As a small, owner-run business, it’s incredibly important to us that we find chalet staff that will not only look after our guests impeccably, but also enjoy working for our company. So we hand-pick our staff based on their friendly approach, skills and professional cooking experience. Our chalet staff are all well-established couples, who live in the chalets themselves. We reward them well, they are an integral part of our small team, and as owners, we (Duncan & Toorna) are on hand daily to help out. We want you to have a memorable and fun skiing holiday, and we want our staff to have a great winter season in the Paradiski.
