Food

Nowadays, good food and wine are one of the most important parts of any great holiday. We are passionate about cooking and plating up rich, delicious food that you will remember long after your holiday is over.

And for that reason, unlike many chalet firms, we only employ professional chefs, to ensure we provide our guests with true gourmet cuisine.

A week’s holiday with Alpine365 consists of six fully-catered days including breakfast, afternoon tea and a 4-course dinner. We have one day off so that you get the opportunity to sample the local cuisine in the village.

Breakfast is plentiful, with a choice of cereals, croissants and breads, fruit, porridge and a cooked option every day. Afternoon tea is a tradition not to be missed after a long day on the slopes, and we won’t disappoint with our freshly baked cake and a selection of teas and filter coffee waiting on the table for your arrival. On colder days expect mulled wine, or our personal favourite, spiced cider.

Alpine365 dinners are sumptuous 4-course affairs, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Start off the evening with a cocktail or aperitif, and then sit down to a lovely dinner, ending with a selection of local cheeses to try, all accompanied by unlimited red and white wine at the table. Then retire to one of our many sofas to sleep it off - or maybe a nightcap at the honesty bar, it's up to you.
