Our food is a mixture of traditional French & English, with an occasional 'Curry Night', where we serve up authentic, home-cooked Bengali curries - in fact, we believe we are the only French chalet company that can offer truly traditional Indian food!

Typical Menus include:

Starters
Pan fried goats cheese wrapped in parma ham, gazpacho shooter & green salad
Beetroot, feta, grape & walnut salad, with balsamic reduction
French onion soup with gruyere croutons
Pear, Roquefort & pine nut tart with dressed salad
Chilli and garlic king prawns on a bed of salad

Main courses
Boeuf Bourgignon, roasted new potatoes and fresh vegetables
Fillet of pork, braised carrots, potato rosti, prune & cognac sauce
Tartiflette with sayoyarde salad and local charcuterie
Roast leg of lamb, vegetable tagine and lemon & toasted pine couscous
Lamb or chicken curry, dhal (lentil soup), vegetable side-dish and rice

Puddings
Creme Brulee
Apricot Frangipane tart
Forest fruit pudding with basil mascapone and home-made shortbread
