Prices
Unless otherwise stated, rrices are for seven nights' accommodation; seven days' breakfast with a cooked option on six days; six afternoon tea with homemade cakes, and 6 x four-course dinners including free wine. Prices do not include travel to and from the chalet - please see Getting Here for detailed information.

Children are welcome, but note we do not usually book groups including children under ten in weeks where we already have adult-only groups, unless they have previously consented to this. The exception to this is the school holidays, when all guests should expect children to be staying in the chalet.

Infants
We do not encourage under 2s in the chalet, as it can be dangerous for adults and child alike trying to navigiate icy conditions whilst looking after youngsters. Our chalet is also over three floors with tiled stairs. However, if you do wish to bring young children, we will accept them in line with our standard policy on children, as above. In such instances, we levy a £50/week cost per child, to cover any costs we may incur.

Booking, Deposits, and Full Payment
A £100/pp deposit is due at time of booking to guarantee your holiday. We will hold a booking for up to a week whilst waiting for a deposit.

Full payment is due on or before 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Any holidays booked within 8 weeks of commencement will need to be in full at time of booking (with a one week grace period as per standard deposits).

Transfer Bookings
We will arrange transfers from the airport to chalet where requested - see the Transfer section for more info. Transfers need to be paid for in full 8 weeks in advance of your holiday, in-line with standard payments - but please note we do not provide the transfer services, ourselves, and a holiday booking confirmation does not guarantee transfer availablity. So we suggest you contact us as soon as you book your holiday if you wish for us to arrange transfers.

Rooms
Rooms are available from 3pm on your day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on departure. We'll do our best to cater for any requirements outside these times, but we can't guarantee it. However, we will definitely have somewhere to store all your bags, as well as somewhere to get changed, and we’ll do our best to give you access to a bath/shower as well (but we cannot guarantee this).

Please note we do not book specific rooms for our guests, as we sometimes need to change things around as we receive more bookings. However, we do of course honour room type requests (eg double or twin). We also only have one shared bathroom, which is only booked as a shared bathroom upon specific agreement (eg with larger groups or families). So if your booking says 'own bathroom', that's what you'll get!
